Cook until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through. Add the chicken broth and water and bring to a boil. stir in the diced tomatoes with their juice, tomato paste. white wine vinegar. Worcestershire sauce. sugar.and chipotle pepper in adobo sauce.   3. Break the chips into small pieces and add them to the soup. Cook for another minute or two until chips are softened. Serve hot with some crumbled cheese or sour cream on top, if desired.
